Genesee Community College has an opening for a Professional Tutor. This position requires you to establish effective rapport and communication with students and instructors. Responsible for providing individual and small group tutoring sessions in approved subjects and are expected to be flexible and willing to have their work assignments adjusted in order to support the College's program efforts. May be asked to perform a wide variety of tasks in order to support the colleges program efforts including flexibility with work schedule and tutoring material/subject changes.

Students learn foundation skills to design on the human form; fashion figure proportions, garment/fabric and garment details, color and basic rendering techniques, designer sketching and illustration and development of a garment collection.
