Genesee Community College is seeking a part-time Student Success Center Associate. The primary responsibilities are assisting with Student Success Center operations as they relate to academics, programs, student and faculty support, customer service and other functions related to the general operations of the Student Success Center. The Student Success Center Associate plays an integral role in the implementation of student and enrollment services at the Batavia Campus. The position will be expected to understand and be able to communicate in person and via phone/internet comprehensive information relating not only to student accounts, but also relating to admissions, registration, advisement, and financial aid to fully serve the student.

Genesee Community College is seeking a Director of Workforce Development. The primary responsibilities are advancing Genesee Community College's mission, vision, and values by leading the non-credit portfolio within the Division of Academic Affairs. This role oversees the design and delivery of technical training and community education programs and collaborates across the College to support student success through credit for prior learning, stackable credentials, and micro credentials. Critical to this role is the ability to establish and maintain relationships within and beyond the GCC campus community, collaborating with various industry and community partners. The Director engages with a wide range of audiences and works effectively within shared governance structures. This position represents the College across the four-county service area (Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming) of the Workforce Investment/Development Boards and the State University of New York (SUNY).
