During our May chapter meeting, we proudly wore green in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. Sister Taryn led an engaging discussion on the importance of prioritizing mental wellness and challenged each of us to incorporate at least one healthy mental health practice into our daily lives. Sisters also shared the self-care and wellness practices that have positively impacted their own mental health, creating a meaningful opportunity to learn from and encourage one another.
As we move into June, we also recognize Menβs Mental Health Awareness Month. We encourage everyone to continue checking in on the men in our lives, supporting open conversations about mental health, and reminding them that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Letβs continue raising awareness not only during designated months but throughout the year by prioritizing mental wellness, extending compassion, and fostering supportive communities for all.
