Congratulations to Trailblazers Aijah Lathan, Collin Crousillac, Megan McGinnis, Stephanie Fairbairn, and Cate Sherman, who each graduated with a Master of Education in Special Education degree today, two years after completing the dual degree certification in Grades 1-5 General and Special Education, Mild-Moderate Disabilities.

All taught in the West Baton Rouge Parish School System the past two years while pursuing their graduate degrees. The five were the largest group of master’s in special education completers to date after being part of the largest group of dual degree undergraduates in 2024. Aijah, Collin, and Megan remain in the West Baton Rouge schools.

Drs. Paul Mooney, Allie Boquet, and R. Kenton Denny thank them for being trailblazers and for their persistence in pursuit of greatness. Their Tiger lights shine bright! πŸ’œπŸ’›
