Join us to better understand how food choices affect heart health, particularly for managing heart disease, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Led by Rene Pere, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine specialist, an Occupational Therapist, and a licensed Food for Life Instructor, this two-hour class includes a video, group discussion, and three plant-based cooking demonstrations with tastings. It’s a great introduction to heart-healthy, plant-based eating.
