May is Mental Health Month, and starting this week, BTC Personal Counselors, TRIO, and ASBTC will offer a variety of FREE student events Mondays and Wednesdays. Events, and mindful activities like knitting, puzzles, and guided de-stressing exercises. Mindful Mondays drop-in events run from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Student Center on the third floor of Campus Center, with guided activities from 11:30-12:30 and opportunities to knit, journal, color, make origami and build puzzles. Wellness Wednesdays has limited space and run from 11:30-12:30 p.m. in CC 234, with topics that include resilience, yoga, sound bath, and a su***de prevention workshop.
