What is Delta GEMS?

Delta GEMS stands for Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully. The program supports high school young ladies ages 14–18 through mentorship, leadership development, sisterhood, service, college and career preparation, financial literacy, mental wellness, and cultural enrichment.

It is a space for young women to discover their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for their futures.
