🌸 Planting in Pink: Rooted in Service, Growing in Community 🌸

On April 17, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Phi Alpha Omega Chapter proudly partnered with the City of Fayetteville for our Planting in Pink initiative, part of our Enhancing Our Environment program.

We were honored to donate two pink dogwood trees, now beautifully planted in front of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and the Pryor Center—serving as lasting symbols of growth, renewal, and our commitment to environmental stewardship.

This impactful initiative was led by our dedicated Chair, Dr. Margaret Clark and Co-Chair, Dr. Angela Mosley-Monts, whose leadership continues to drive meaningful efforts to protect and preserve our environment.

Thank you to the City of Fayetteville, our community partners, and all who joined us for this special moment. Together, we are doing our part to care for Mother Earth and invest in the beauty of our shared spaces for generations to come.

The women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️ Phi Alpha Omega Chapter are actively engaged at the South Central Regional Conference, where we are continuing to handle the business of Alpha Kappa Alpha while embracing the joy and strength of our Sisterhood.

From impactful sessions to meaningful fellowship, this experience has been both productive and memorable—and we’re not finished yet.

We are especially proud to celebrate our official Silver Stars, recognized during this conference for 25 years of dedicated service to our beloved Sisterhood. 💫 Their commitment, leadership, and legacy continue to inspire us all.

As we look ahead, we are excited for tonight's closing experience, a culminating celebration of excellence and sisterhood.

Tomorrow, we will also gather for Ivy Beyond the Wall, a sacred moment of reflection where we honor those who have entered into eternal rest.
With love and reverence, Phi Alpha Omega will recognize our beloved Sister Cora B. Davis, whose life and legacy remain a part of the foundation we stand on today. 💚

The Tea Rose Foundation of NWA in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️ Phi Alpha Omega Chapter had an incredible time bringing We Write For You to life!

From creative sparks flying ✍🏾 to big smiles and bold storytelling, this event was filled with energy, imagination, and community love. Watching young voices step into their power as writers? Absolutely priceless.

To our volunteers, partners, sponsors, families, and participants — THANK YOU for showing up and showing out. Because of you, this wasn’t just an event… it was a whole vibe.

The stories have been written, the memories have been made, and we are already excited about what’s next!
