We’re excited to introduce two outstanding additions to the 8th & Walton team.

Sean Presley joined us in July 2025 as Senior Supply Chain Advisor, bringing nearly 25 years of retail and operational experience — including 16 years at Walmart and Sam’s Club. He works directly with suppliers to strengthen forecasting, inventory flow, and operational ex*****on.

Earlier this month, Sarah Shaddy joined as eCommerce Analyst, focused on helping brands improve Walmart.com performance through stronger digital shelf visibility and search strategy.

Walmart isn’t getting simpler. Suppliers are balancing supply chain discipline, digital performance, and evolving systems all at once. Sean deepens our operational bench, and Sarah strengthens our digital expertise — helping clients stay aligned with where Walmart is headed.
