Berea College Visitor Center & Shoppe We are the place for official Berea College gear or tourist information for the college community. The video lasts about 30 minutes.

Stop by to get a refreshing drink from Smoothies on the Square, located inside the store, while shopping or traveling the town. Berea College Visitor Center and Shoppe is the starting point for a 50 minute walking tour that provides a historic overview of the College. Covering three-quarters of a mile, this student-led tour visits notable structures including the Frost Building, Phelps Stokes Chap

el, and the Draper Classroom Building. Craft tours include stairs not accessible to visitors with disabilities. Additionally, we offer tours of the Student Crafts program including broomcraft, weaving, and woodcraft. The craft tour also covers three-quarters of a mile and takes about 50 minutes. You can also visit the Student Crafts Online Catalog for more information about their product offerings. Both tours have been developed for the general visitor to Berea College. If you a prospective student and interested in Admission to the College, please visit the Admissions site. For more information about the Visitor Center location, please visit the Campus Map; the Visitors Center is indicated with a “45” on the map. The Visitor Center also features a theatre where a short video about the history of the college can be watched.
