One Reunion will be here in less than a month!

ALL classes are encouraged to come back to campus to celebrate with their friends and fellow alumni, with a special 50th reunion celebration for the Class of 1976 and 25th reunion celebration for the Class of 2001!

The limited seating for the Friday Night Live! Great Comedians show is filling up fast, and you don’t want to miss the first-ever Mountaineer Fest on Saturday featuring fun activities for kids and a great lineup of musical talent. Mountaineer Fest concludes with a spectacular fireworks celebration lighting up the autumn sky—all in celebration of our Berea Beloved community.

It’s time to register for One Reunion, taking place September 25-27!

Student Life is hosting Friday Night Live! Great Comedians on Friday night where a limited number of seats have been reserved for alumni. This ticketed event takes place in Phelps-Stokes and features Berea College alumni Jordan Berry ’22 and Joe Deuce ’08 with event headliner and America’s Got Talent finalist, Mike E. Winfield. This show is guaranteed to feature laugh-until-your-sides-hurt comedy.

Jordan Berry ’22 is known for his Barack Obama impressions and his dance skills. He talks about his Berea story in a way that has the audience in tears (of laughter).

Joe Deuce ’08 has been entertaining audiences his whole life. When his mother told him at the age of 10 that comedians could say whatever they wanted, Joe knew what he wanted to do.

Our headliner, Mike E. Winfield, hails from Baltimore and moved to California to pursue comedy. He uses his personal experiences to comically reflect on his life. His comedy is refreshing and relatable in a way that makes him a comedic genius.

We are excited to welcome Berea College alumnus and former Bluegrass Ensemble member Darrin Hacquard ’14 back to campus to open Mountaineer Fest during One Reunion.

Darrin is one of Appalachia’s distinctive Americana singer-songwriters. His latest album, Weights & Measures, showcases storytelling, lyrical depth, and exceptional musicianship.

Mountaineer Fest promises an enjoyable evening on Alumni Field with live music, local food vendors, Little Mountaineers Village for kids and families, and a fireworks finale.
