UC Berkeley Graduate Assembly

UC Berkeley Graduate Assembly The UC Berkeley Graduate Assembly is the official representative body of the graduate and professional students at the University of California Berkeley.

The Graduate Assembly's vision is to engage and empower graduate students to work together for academic, political, and social change-both inside and outside the UC Berkeley community. As a graduate student government, we are actively engaged in pinpointing graduate student needs, providing resources, and advocating for graduate students through campus and community activism.

We’re so grateful for the beautiful moments captured at recent events hosted by the Womxn of Color Initiative (WOCI) and the Graduate Womxn's Project (GWP).

From a joyful Paint & Sip, to an Empowering Womxn of Color Open Mic Night filled with powerful stories, creativity, and shared voices—each event reminded us how meaningful it is to gather in community.

We also loved collaborating on TGDA (Trans Gender-Diverse Advocacy) x GWP x SOGA (Sexual Orientation & Gender Advocacy Project) Meal Kits Berkeley, where care, connection, and mutual support were at the heart of the experience.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, showed up for one another, and helped create such welcoming and affirming spaces. We can’t wait for what’s next! Stay tuned for more events!
