Last week, senior leaders from across industries completed the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, a five-day, in-person journey of growth, discovery, and transformation.

Through faculty-led sessions, assessments, and experiential projects, participants deepened their understanding of what it means to lead in today’s complex environment, balancing results with empathy and strategy with vision.

Congratulations to each participant for their commitment to continuous learning, and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Maura O’Neill, Dean Jennifer Chatman, David Riemer, Juliana Schroeder, Alex Budak, Susan Houlihan, Sahar Yousef, and Dave Viotti for creating an environment that inspired open dialogue, courage, and collaboration.
