Congratulations to Alpha Chi Omega and Kappa Alpha Theta for coming in 1st and 2nd place respectively in our 1st ever Sigma Alpha Mission Impossible Philo Scavenger Hunt yesterday! Also, special shout out to our philanthropy chair, Grant Gechtman for planning such an awesome event!

The delegation from the Sigma Sigma Chapter had a great time at the Sigma Alpha Mu International Convention this past weekend in Chicago. Thank you SAM HQ for recognizing the Sigma Sigma Chapter for both achieving Founders Level and for having the most young scholars! Also, thank you Nick Goomer and Max Joachim for doing a great job representing our chapter.

∑∑ Alumni Spotlight ∑∑

Chapter alumnus Som Pourfarzaneh (M.S. Farzan) was born in London, UK and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a Ph.D. in Cultural and Historical Studies of Religions, and enjoys soccer, baseball, martial arts, and games of all kinds. He's also a sci-fi author! Here is a blurb about his recently released novel:

All proceeds will be going towards MDA to support muscular dystrophy research!
