Probility Physical Therapy is the outpatient PT for the St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, and we have nearly 20 locations across Southeast Michigan. We are manually based and treat 1 on 1 for the first 30 minutes of the patient's visit, then pass the patient to a PTA or Athletic Trainer for the exercise portion of treatment. What sets us apart from other companies, is that we are truly patient centered. Our priority is providing exceptional care and providing a patient experience that is unparalleled by other providers.

As an employee, Probility has exceeded my expectations. There is an emphasis on maintaining a cohesive and positive clinic culture, and I can honestly say I don't feel like I go to "work" every day. The leadership staff emphasize both personal and professional development; in the first year of employment, you are provided with an unlimited continuing education budget as well as monthly/quarterly skills reviews with the clinic director. The pelvic health therapists train with the lead Pelvic PT for 2 weeks (or as long as needed) prior to starting, and caseloads are gradually filled to start.

Some of the incentives also include 30 minutes of paid documentation time per day, no daily productivity requirement and flexible scheduling to meet your personal needs. We're also offering a $2,500 sign on bonus!
