HREM Club wrapped up the semester celebrating Cinco de Mayo early and saying goodbye to an incredible Spring Semester 2026!

The Hotel, Restaurant & Event Management Club recently had the opportunity to interview members of the marketing, event planning & wedding team, and recruiting teams at Camelback Resort.

Students also connected with professionals from CamelBack Resorts, gaining valuable insight into their educational journeys and career paths within the hospitality industry.

This educational tour continues to provide meaningful, real-world experiences that prepare our members for future careers. We are grateful for Rebecca: Director of Hospitality & Lou-Anne: Manager of Hospitality at NCC for introducing innovative opportunities that enhance student learning and professional growth.

We had an amazing opportunity visiting Camelback Resort and gaining real insight into the Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management industry.

From behind-the-scenes hotel operations to restaurant service, large-scale event coordination, sales management, marketing strategies and so much more, we were able to see just how many different aspects come together to create a successful resort experience.

This visit truly showed us the depth of opportunities within hospitality and gave us valuable knowledge we can take into our future careers. ✨
