NCC representatives Erin Rudolph, Ken Nasatka, and Michele Salkin attended the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Industry Partnership Monthly Meeting, hosted by Workforce Board Lehigh Valley and iTEC, at the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority.

During the meeting, attendees participated in a private bus tour of the airport, learned about its history, and had the unique opportunity to walk on the runway and explore the Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS) bed.

Northampton Community College (NCC) has received a grant from the Community Foundation of Monroe County's ESSA Bank & Trust Legacy Fund for $7,100 to support the newly launched phlebotomy evening training program at the Pocono campus. Phlebotomy students at Pocono and Fowler pictured here are putting their knowledge into practice with an interactive mapping exercise recently, identifying tendons, nerves, arteries, and veins. Through hands-on activities like this, and with new training materials to support the program, students are building the skills and confidence needed for careers in healthcare!

Beginning in November, the Microsoft Authenticator app will become the required method for multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing Microsoft 365 applications, NCC email, and other institutional resources.

Download the Microsoft Authenticator app now from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid any disruption in accessing your accounts.
