Safe Trick-or-Treat is finally here and yes, it is still happening! All activities have been moved inside to the Post Center with Trick-or-Treat in the MacDonald Gymnasium and activities in the Field House! We can't wait to see you there!

Hi all! As the semester is coming to a close--move out is quickly approaching. All students are meeting with their in hall professional staff in the next few days to discuss move out, but we wanted to share these graphics again for you to see.

Some helpful tips for a successful checkout:

Your check-outs need to be scheduled by Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 12 PM. Check-outs are scheduled for 30 minutes at a time. At the time of your check-out, all your belongings must be removed from your room.

Check-outs will occur between 9AM-7PM beginning on Wednesday, May 5th - Friday, May 14th at 6 PM.

Students will be allowed to bring in two (2) guests who can enter their residence hall and their room to help move belongings out of your room.

Note: no room should exceed two guests at any time, coordinate with your roommates to select move out times that do not overlap if more than one of you will have assistance from non-Endicott College residents moving out.

24 HOUR QUIET HOURS begin in all Residence Halls Friday, May 7th at 5PM and are in effect until the halls close on May 14th at 6PM

Donation Boxes will be in the main lobby of each hall where you can leave behind belongings you wish to donate (non-perishable food, appliances, furnishings, clothes, etc.). The Office of Community Service will be sorting and dropping off belongings to local charities.

Call us! Staff members will be manning the phone lines ready to answer your questions. Our phone lines may be busy when you call, but if you leave a voicemail we will get back to you as soon as possible. Call us at 978-232-2141.

Text us! Our housing selection text-in line will still be available throughout the housing selection process. Use 978-712-8794 to text us your questions. This is a text-only number, so calls will not be accepted.

Zoom with us! Staff will also be available via Zoom. This a great resource that will allow students to share their screens with us so we can guide you if any issues arise. Access our Zoom by going to meeting ID 978 232 2912.

Thank you for your patience. Housing Selection Pick Times are now uploaded on your MyEndicott account (as of 4:00 PM yesterday). Once you log in, click "Students" and then on the left side, click "Housing". Students will be able to view their assigned pick time on that screen.

If you did not receive a pick time when you log in, there are several reasons this may have occurred:
1. Students who are studying abroad for the Fall 2021 semester.
2. Students that completed a Change of Residency Application; changing their status from resident to commuter.
3. Students who are under enrolled in credits (Students must have been registered for at least 12 credits on the Beverly Campus when selection times were assigned).
4. Students who were not financially cleared.

If you did not have a selection time, please email the Residence Life office at [email protected] so that we may assist you in this process. We will verify that you are eligible to go through Housing Selection and let you know what your next steps need to be.
