For four years, this husband-and-wife duo has served authentic Korean cuisine every Saturday at the market — traditional pancakes, rice bowls, noodles, and house-made kimchi, all made to order with fresh local ingredients. Vegan and GF options, too!

Our students in CUL 290 Professional Foodservice Operations will be hosting a special lunch service featuring a three course menu prepared and served by our talented students.

Menu highlights include:

Baby Greens Salad: Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Craisins, Apple Cider Vinagrette
Pan Seared Pork Chop: Apple Cider Pan Sauce, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Strawberry Shortcake: Sweet Biscuit, Macerated Strawberries, Vanilla Ice Cream
Meals are $30 per person.
