Week 2 of Specialty Cuisines: Southeast United States, done deliciously. 🇺🇲

Our CUL 222L students brought the flavors of the Southeast to life this week. They made all types of dishes such as Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Jambalaya, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Biscuits, Shrimp & Smoked Gouda Grits, and Collard greens!

We are so proud of the care, technique and teamwork behind every plate.

Batch Coffee is looking for a friendly, motivated Outside Coffee Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business and support existing customers.

This is a relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting local business owners, introducing them to great coffee, and helping them build a successful coffee program. You will work with cafés, restaurants, offices, retailers, and other community partners throughout the region.
