Welcome to The Heights 🏠

The Heights is where students build daily rhythms, grow in community, and create memories that last far beyond their time on campus. From meaningful friendships to moments that shape their character, this residence hall plays a big part in helping students live set apart in every season of college life.

They’re not just preparing for ministry someday; they’re living it out right now. ⛪

Every week, students get the opportunity to lead, serve, and be part of what God is doing through the local church. From worship and production to kids ministry and hospitality, they’re not just learning about ministry in the classroom, they’re actively putting it into practice and strengthening the church.

Here's what some of our students love about their Church of the Highlands campus.

The HC journey isn't just for students—it's for the whole family. 🤍

From the late-night calls home to the moments and memories you can't stop talking about, every step of this journey is better together.

Welcome to the Larson Knoll 🤍

The Larson Knoll is a sacred space intentionally built in memory of Mr. Gary Larson, whose deep commitment to prayer and gift for architecture are reflected throughout campus. Created as a place for prayer, silence, and solitude, this peaceful space stands as a reminder of the power found in quiet moments with God and the lasting impact of a life devoted to prayer.

More than just a place on campus, the Larson Knoll invites students to pause, reflect, and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.

Sent to Lead 🎓🌎

Derek Curtis (Class of 2018) is leading one of the Twin Rivers Church campuses in St. Louis, helping people take steps toward Jesus and making an eternal impact in his community every week.

Through the challenges, growth, and hands-on ministry opportunities he experienced at Highlands College, Derek was equipped to lead with vision, faith, and purpose.

Stories like Derek’s remind us that the impact of America’s Ministry Leadership University extends far beyond graduation; it reaches cities, churches, and lives around the world.

From Highlands College to full-time ministry.

Luke and Giana Hoskins answered the call and never looked back. Now serving at The Well Church in Salt Lake City, Utah, they're living proof that saying yes to God's calling changes everything! Watch their story.
