Beeson Divinity School Samford University's Beeson Divinity School exists to prepare God-called men and women to serve as ministers in the Church of Jesus Christ.

Samford University's Beeson Divinity School is an interdenominational, evangelical school providing an in-person theological education for the training of God-called men and women to serve as ministers in the Church of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by providing face-to-face, classical graduate theological education, worshiping the Triune God and encouraging the practices of Christian spirituali

ty in covenanted community. Beeson offers three graduate degrees: Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) and Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (MACC). Beeson also offers two advanced degrees: Master of Theology (ThM) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theology for the Church.

At this summer's preaching conference, we'll explore the theme, "Manifold Wisdom: The Riches of Preaching Across Christian Traditions."

We will hear from preachers across five Christian traditions—African American, Anglican, Baptist, Reformed (Presbyterian) and Wesleyan—and aim to exemplify and celebrate the unique contributions each of these traditions bring as we seek to learn from one another for the sake of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in more compelling ways.
