Founded on the campus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham on February 23, 1985, the Epsilon Phi chapter of Pi Kappa Phi is highly-regarded as one of the premiere leadership organizations on campus at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. fe on campus as well as in the community. Here we can proudly say that our chapter excels in all areas of student life and has taken great strides in recent years to build Greek life on campus. Academically, the Epsilon Phi chapter consistently has one of the highest G.P.A’s on campus with a chapter average of a 3.12 as of Summer 2016. This is significantly higher than the all male average of a 2.77 for the university as a whole. In addition, Pi Kapps have distinguished themselves by having members selected to numerous academic, Greek, and leadership honor societies. Beyond just academics, the Epsilon Phi chapter exemplifies the Pi Kapp motto of “We Will Lead” in all aspects of life. This chapter contains members who actively participate and hold leadership positions in over forty prominent student organizations on campus, including the Student Alumni Society, Leadership and Service Council, Outreach Abroad, Trailblazers, and the Undergraduate Student Government Association just to name a few. Leadership is an expectation as many of our brothers have held or currently hold key positions around campus including USGA President, Mr. In accordance with the national values of Pi Kappa Phi, the Epsilon Phi chapter is comprised of men of C.L.A.S.S. Our brothers strive to attain the highest standards of character, leadership, academics, sportsmanship, and service. We proudly strive to be true leaders in all areas of student life, whether in the classroom, at university events, or on the intramural field.
