Also for graduating seniors, cords, as well as challenge coins for qualifying GPAs, will be provided. Send an email to [email protected] with the below information. Again, you do not have to be using benefits to receive a cord and coin. If you have moved/are moving, be sure to provide your mailing address.

Please provide your GPA. We acknowledge the students with a GPA of 3.4 and higher with a challenge coin.

We will mail graduation cords and coins to graduating veterans using the mailing address in the UAB system.

During a virtual meeting call with the BVAMC Director this morning, she talked about how important it is to take care of yourself during this crisis. She also noted that the social isolation may be especially difficult for some of our veterans who may already feel isolated and forgotten. Please remember to check on your buddies. Call or text to check in. Leave some goodies on their doorstep. Extend a little kindness so they feel remembered and loved.
