Here are some wise words from our Recruitment Chair, Emma:

Hey everyone! My name is Emma Smith and I am the Recruitment Chair for Chi Omega. As I enter my senior year, I look back on my Chi Omega experience and find so much fulfillment in the memories it has brought and how it has helped shape me. When I went through recruitment, from the first night I knew Chi Omega was the only place for me. I felt welcomed and cherished for the individual I was and knew that these women would not only be my greatest friends, but my encouragers, advocates, and supporters. My hope as you enter the recruitment process this weekend is that you find and feel those same things no matter what letters you end up wearing on bid day. Know that I am thinking of and routing for you all both during and beyond recruitment. Enjoy the process and choose wisely!
