✨I had a strange dream this night. ✨

It was so relevant and connected to a real situation I was going through…

In my dream I felt discouraged and stuck with my multiple trials to write a text that will guide my readers, that will give them the feeling of confidence and trust in their actions.

At that time I saw a woman coming up to me. She got closer and whispered: “I know you can do it. Good luck.”

Her both peaceful and persistent voice was so encouraging that I felt my tears well up inside.

I suddenly opened my eyes and felt the tears run down my cheeks.

This morning when I waked up, I remembered her peaceful and persistent voice and thought that when we hit a wall, when we wanted to make a change, or when we needed some courage and guidance, this little inner voice of our intuition led us towards a path that made us feel comfortable, even if we were not certain.

And I wonder, when your intuition comes to you, how does it speak?

1. A gut feeling or an instinct

2. A sixth sense

3. An inner knowing

4. A quiet inner voice

5. An idea that pops into your head

6. A picture of connection with your reality

7. Butterflies making your stomach turn

✨TAKE YOUR MIND FOR A WALK✨

I was peacefully curling up with “Diary of a Madman”, a short novel of Nikolai Gogol when suddenly my phone rang.

This beautiful satirical quest for individuality was interrupted by:

“I have hard time making my 10,000 steps a day!”, my mum said.

Still immersed in the story, I wasn’t sure that what I have heard was either:

- My mum’s propensity for dreams and delusions

OR

- My personal descent into madness

Intrigued by an alien expression of “10,000 steps-a-day”, I interrupted the stream of her thoughts with a question:

“What is that for?”

“ For health, of course.”

It sounded like a rule, a new popular culture, a pattern of behavior that exists in mainstream society and that I was not aware of.

The next day, equipped with my smartphone to count steps, I couldn’t wait to test this new trend on me.

Keeping in mind the idea of health behind it, I decided to walk fast, so to have a better result and make my 10,000 steps quickly.

Strangely enough, the faster I wanted to go, the slower my pace was….

Blaming myself for being tired today, I expected to have a better result tomorrow.

The day after, confident and enthusiastic about my ability to make 10,000 steps, I started my fast paced walk…

As I was looking around, I have seen beautiful trees, I have felt the cool air against my face, I have noticed red soldier bug crawls along the trunk of a tree.
You can guess the result…

Walking to me was more than a simple movement. It was an activity with various manifestations:

✔️ When my legs began to move, my thoughts began to flow

✔️ My attention was free to wander

✔️ I was clearing my head and playing with my ideas

✔️ Gradually, I become connected to the present moment

Surprisingly to me, as soon as I came back home, the walk had a direct impact on other external activities:

✔️ I was vibrant and ready to revitalize my professional activity

✔️ I was able to find motivation and focus

✔️ I discovered a relationship between walking, thinking and writing

Several days later, when I decided to continue reading my book, it was still open on the page I left it when my mum called…

The main character of Aksenty Poprishchin, a low-ranking civil servant, was going through rebellion against the pressures of society. He was living a mismatch between his desires, his aspirations and the reality of his life.

And I thought: “How different would the story end if he could take his mind for a walk and experience the freedom of escaping his identity, and his desire of being someone?”

Wednesday, 3:00 pm. It’s a bright sunny day.

I am sitting on the stairs of a large hallway.

Through one of the closed doors, I can hear live piano music.

Behind the door is the Kingdom of dance.

Hand-in-hand, the small fairies seep like a wispy mist through the landscape. With their luminous clouds of multicolored dresses and tight hairstyle buns, they gracefully twirl around, learning the art of ballet despite difficulties and hardship.

The lightness of their angelic bodies, the magic of their twirls, the power of their tricks are not enough to become a ballerina.

Each fairy has to work hard to move up to a special milestone in a ballerina’s life - the point shoes.

Look at one of them. She is ready. She built tremendous strength, form, and alignment needed to make a successful transition into point work.

But at the same time, she has purposefully missed 5 classes.

She cries before each point class and wonders:

- What if I fail?

- What other kids will say if they see me struggling?

It creates a storm of tears, a blizzard of sadness and unhappiness that challenge her dream before even she faces real obstacles. She is so wrapped up in these stress and frustration that she begins doubting herself and her abilities.

The only solution for her is to leave ballet so to feel safe and relieved.

She is young and doesn’t know that this fluffy, cozy, safe space of known and predictable might prevent her from her dream.

✔️5 missed classes…

✔️5 trials to get her out of her self-limiting thoughts…

✔️5 curious talks to find the cause of the fear…

🥰 1 ACCEPTANCE OF BEING VULNERABLE.

Wednesday, 4:30 pm. It’s a bright sunny day. The classroom door is wide open. I can hear from far away the bells of running angelic bodies. A slight gentle breeze of their winds caresses my skin. The fairies fly out of the magic space of dance.

There is one who is not moving at all.

Pointe shoes in hands, she is staring at me with her big green eyes that say:

“Mum, it was amazing.”

💪CAREER WARMUP OR HOW TO FIND YOUR PERFECT CAREER IN ONLY 20 YEARS.💪

With the Christmas air just sparkling around the corner, the whole world was wrapping streets in the beautiful holiday spirit.

The decorations were hanging all over the corners of my street. They were in different shapes and forms, from smaller replicas of green Christmas trees to white different animals covered in hundreds of lights.

These bright signs of the approaching end of the year took me to the place when I decided to look back and summarize my previous career experiences.

The result fell behind all my expectations…

• French Teacher – 19-20 (y.o.) Russia

Multiple bullet points of jobs I did at various ages and different countries were decorating my resume like Christmas tree bulbs.

These very unusual resume ornaments took different forms: from a simple round ball of small experience to highly artistic designs of multiple jobs during my life.

Strangely…when I was looking at this bright-colored Christmas tree, I wasn’t so excited to celebrate the holiday season… 😟

To motivate me:

💃I put my best dress in the form of international experiences.

💄I did my best make-up in the form of multidisciplinary skills.

👑I wore the best jewelry to show my soft skills.

Still, it didn’t feel like a party! 🤨

Disappointed, lost and stuck I started desperately searching for meaning.

How to find the main theme to decorate my Christmas tree with all these multisized bulbs, mismatched ribbons, and broken lights?

How to give meaning to this experience and to use it as a foundation on which to develop a new project?

After the first shock wave, I decided to choose the ornaments and décor that were special to me and that I want to be a part of my Christmas tree.

Then, I gave me time to replenish my decorations and add new colors and designs.

Finally, I was celebrating my Christmas 🎄 with a beautiful tree made both of 20 years old collection and new ornaments that all together were perfectly balancing together.

Let's change begin!

Making money in your PJ’s❓😂

Well, this is one of the perks of working from the comfort of your home, right?

PJ’s, Jammies, Jams, Loungewear, nightdress, nightie, nightshirt, nightwear, sleeper, jamas, lounging rob, sleeping suit…

I am wondering the reason why there are so many synonyms for this simple word while for others, there are 2-3 words on an average?

This simple dress crossed the boundaries of cultures and languages to become an international word…

Different people express different sensations and feelings while wearing pajamas :

Easy to put on, lazy, comfy, excellent, cocooning, foxy, cozy, funny, clean, happy, secure, relax, comfortable, soft, loose, warm, old, unisex...

Personally, I love the feeling of being held by soft fabric that doesn't bind or constrict.

Pajamas relax me, I can feel both safety and freedom at the same time. It feels nice on the skin versus stiff suits that restrict movements.

Since I have been working from home, I became a pajapreneur, a multi-hats professional, super adaptive to different contexts.

When I work in my pajamas, I have also to do some laundry, pick up kids and drive them to their piano and dance classes, make sure to have a dinner at 6 and help with the homework.

At the end of the day, I often hear:

- Ohhhh, I didn’t have time to do it today!
- And yesterday?
- Well… yesterday it’s because…
- I see... and if nobody can hear us, what would you say?
- Well, I think that I just didn't make it a priority.

✅I want to find the time for everything.

✅I want to set boundaries.

✅I want to stay productive in a comfy home environment.

✅I want to keep my dream project alive.

✅I want to carve out time for my business and switch the usual
« I didn't have time to do it today »
to
« I didn't’ make it a priority ».

As soon as it’s switched, our comfy, foxy, cozy, warm PJ’s becomes just a nice accessory to our main goals :

- to stay in business
- to have satisfaction
- to proudly say

I AM SELF-EMPLOYED
MY BOSS IS AWESOME🤩

✨ENTREPRENEURIAL NONLINEAR PATH✨

For the last 3 months, I feel like I am failing.

…Idea, test, obstacle, failure, reflection, action redefinition…

…Idea, test, obstacle, failure, reflection, action redefinition…

… Idea, test, success, reflection, SOLIDIFIED LEARNING
…and the cycle restarts..

Blogs, magazines, books and all so-called experts let us buy:

- 5 must have traits of a successful entrepreneur

- 7 daily routines and schedules of famous entrepreneurs

- 4 practices for entrepreneurs who win

- 10 daily habits of the most successful entrepreneurs

In short, simply do it and you will be able to manage a not-so-linear entrepreneurial career path. 😎

But when after many trials and so valuable expert advices you feel like you don’t have any direction and you don’t know where to go, the experts don’t say too much.

They let us read the inspirational quotes to help fight our self-doubt, self-confidence etc…

They don’t say that to overcome the difficult times, you need an individual support and guidance.

They don’t say that you need somebody who will take:

- all your courage to help you to overcome the obstacles

- all your motivation to help you to keep the project alive

- all your doubt to clarify the inner resistance that is on your way and to start to build your resilience around

- all your surface convictions to bring your focus back

- all your inner convictions to recognize your path and move on

A man who has recognized his destiny never tries to change it.”

To recognize the destiny

To create a meaningful project around it

To believe your strengths and ideas

To have support when you feel alone on your entrepreneurial life

ARE MAIN TOPICS OF MY WORK.😉

If you feel like you are in the same boat with me, I will be happy to have a conversation so to get to know you.🤩
