Introducing our Media Specialist for the 2023-2024 school year at Virginia Tech: Lauren Bickham! Let's hear a quick introduction from Lauren:

“Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a Graphic Design major. I am also double minoring in Entrepreneurship and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). I love being creative when it comes to web design, art and photography. My ultimate goal is to create my own company empowering the skills and creativity of others in artistic fields and industries. I'm also involved with several different groups across campus including the Students of the African American Sisterhood (SAAS), photography club, and the Founders Circle. I love connecting with other people and I find that I have at least a common interest with about 90% of people I meet. So feel free to reach out! I love meeting new people!”

Greetings! I'm Gabe Townsend, delighted to be serving as your Chief Marketing Officer during the 2023-2024 term. I am currently majoring in Philosophy and CMDA, with a minor in Entrepreneurship-New Venture Growth. My interests include DnD, Philosophy, and Movies. As Chief Marketing Officer, my primary objective is to foster inclusivity and empower every student to have a voice.

Introducing our Chief Community Officer for the 2023-2024 school year at Virginia Tech: Jenna Helm! Let's hear a quick introduction from Jenna herself:

"Hi there! My name is Jenna Helm, and I am from the small yet charming town of Fredericksburg, Virginia. From doing everything possible in that city, I learned to appreciate the simple things in life and the importance of perseverance. The unique upbringing I experienced as a lower-class Latina makes me reminisce often and appreciate all I have now. In my free time, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies, such as art, fashion, and writing, and I hope to incorporate these passions into my career. While at college, I miss my mom's cooking the most when it comes to food, especially her Venezuelan arepas. Spending quality time with my loved ones is what motivates me to keep pushing forward.”

Introducing our Chief Operations Officer for the 2023-2024 school year at Virginia Tech: Jackson Childers! Let's hear a quick introduction from Jackson himself:

"Hello, My Name is Jackson Childers and I am a student at Virginia Tech studying Computer Engineering with hopes of specializing in Controls Robotics and Autonomy. I also plan to get a minor in Entrepreneurship because it will help me with my hopes of doing research and design for a company or even creating my own engineering firm. My hobbies include working out, Warhammer 40k, Magic the Gathering, Kayaking, tinkering with robots, playing videogames, and being outside. I look forward to being the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Innovate LLC and I hope that I can make sure that the events that Innovate will put on will work smoothly and provide our students with both useful connections and skills as well as give them a chance to destress and relax. I am looking forward for this school year and I plan to make it a fun time."

Introducing our Chief Executive Officer for the 2023-2024 school year at Virginia Tech: Stephanie Glenn! Let's hear a quick introduction from Stephanie herself:

“Hi my name is Stephanie Glenn, and I am so excited to be serving as Innovate's Chief Executive Officer! I am currently a second-year student at Virginia Tech, pursuing a dual degree in financial planning/wealth management and digital marketing strategy. This year, my goal is to be the biggest advocate for both my team and community and to support you all in any way that I can. In just my first year, Innovate brought me so many opportunities in terms building my network, developing my leadership skills, and growing my soft skills, and I hope that our program will give incoming students that same value. I can't wait to meet all of you and see where this upcoming year takes us!”
