Baja SAE at Virginia Tech is a collegiate design team competing against universities around the world.

This challenge gives everyone on the team hands on design and manufacturing experience, producing capable and well-rounded engineers.

That’s a wrap for Arizona 2025! The team placed 1st in Overall Dynamic Events and 8th Overall!

We enjoyed the chance to test our 2025 vehicle “Sputter,” and we already have ideas for next year...

Through the mud and rain, we placed third overall out of over a hundred teams in Williamsport! This included first in hill climb and the four hour endurance race!

Congrats to all of the VT Baja Seniors who graduated last weekend! They are graduating with degrees in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering. They will be going into a wide array of industries or continuing their education. The team is excited to see what they do next!

Baja SAE at Virginia Tech is extremely excited to show the world our 2024 competition vehicle. The team has had an incredible year with countless hours of design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
