2017 APS CUWiP at Virginia Tech Welcome to the official page for the January 2017 CUWiP conference at Virginia Tech.

Welcome to the 2017 Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics hosted by Virginia Tech. This meeting is one of eight coordinated by the American Physical Society (APS) that will take place from Friday, January - Sunday, January 15, 2017. The APS CUWiP goal is to help undergraduate women continue in physics by providing them with a professional conference experience, information about graduate s

chool and professions in physics, and access to other women in physics of all ages with whom they can share experiences, advice, and ideas. In exchange for a fee, participants will be provided with food, lodging, local transportation, and a terrific program of physics-related talks, discussions, and other activities.
