ITSMF IU - Student Local Interest Group We are an organization that allows knowledge related to IT Service Management and its best practices

itSMF Indiana University was established in 2008 by Professor Ramesh Venkataraman, ex-Chairman of the MSIS program at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. The goal is to allow knowledge and information related to IT Service Management and ITSM best practices to percolate to the level of university students so we can apply these concepts in a professional environment. itSMF Indiana University is aligned to itSMF USA, and our parent LIG is the Ohio Valley LIG.

This registration form is only for the students who are sure of writing the ITIL Foundation exam on December 2rd, 2014. The exam will be priced at $175. The details of the payment link will follow in a few days. Please email all queries to Xue Du at [email protected].

Greetings from itSMF!

84 MSIS students from Kelley School of Business passed the ITIL Foundation Certification yesterday with a pass rate of 98.8%. Impressive results with an average score of 34 and three students with a full score of 40. Congratulations to all of them!

Greetings from itSMF!

The ITIL Certification exam will be held at IU on December 3rd 2013. The discounted rate for the certification will be 130$. While we will be sending out a different link to pay for the exam, we need you to register for it by Thursday, November 21st - 11:59 pm. We will NOT be taking any further registrations after the deadline mentioned here.
