Apartment Housing Student Council The Apartment & Family Student Council provides affordable quality programming to the apartment housing residents of Indiana University Bloomington.

The Apartment & Family Student Council (AFSC) at Indiana University Bloomington is an administrative organization that is a subdivision of Residential Programs & Services (RPS). While the AFSC is the representative body for Indiana University Bloomington apartment housing residents, its officers are primarily international graduate students, and nontraditional students with families. AFSC officers

are appointed to represent your interests and we are dedicated to making sure that you, the apartment residents of the IUB campus, have a voice in the operation and administration of your living area.
