It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Maleek Ayorinde. Maleek was a cherished member of our athletics family—remembered for his faith, joy, and the lasting impact he made on his teammates, friends, and everyone around him.

We are heartbroken by the loss of a member of our Big Blue family following an incident at Brush Creek Falls this weekend. Our deepest condolences go out to the student’s loved ones, friends, and classmates. 💙

Congratulations to Marlee Farmer as she begins the final semester of her year-long residency at Timberwood Elementary!

A special thank you to the fifth-grade team—Ms. Weatherly, Ms. Moore, and Ms. Meadows—for welcoming, mentoring, and supporting Marlee. We especially love that this partnership brings generations of BSU educators together, with Marlee learning alongside BSU alumnae who are now making a difference in their own classrooms.
