What does the Management Information Systems Association (MISA) do you ask ? MISA is designed to encourage and promote members by providing the following:

Organized events with other organizations to network outside of our business environment. Meetings with companies to increase knowledge and skills that will prepare members for job opportunities in the field of information system especially in

Business Intelligence/Business Analytics and System Security. An opportunity to interact and share knowledge within the College of Business including: faculty, staff, alumni, and students; through study groups, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to discuss all MIS topics. MISA gives you a chance to network with professionals and your peers, gaining knowledgeable information along the way that could possibly help you establish a career path. MISA will help you become more aware of the opportunities that are open to FAU students, so that these opportunities can be taken advantage of. All we need is you. JOIN MISA TODAY!

Welcome back, new and returning MISA members! We hope you had a safe and relaxing summer break. MISA’s first meeting for the semester will be this Thursday! In this meeting, we will introduce our officers and our faculty advisor Professor Carnovale. You will learn about what MISA is and how it WILL help you in the growing space of technology.
