Dr. Stephanie Austin-Campbell completed Gardner-Webb's DBA program in December 2024 and accepted a full-time faculty position within six months. Less than a year later, she was presenting her dissertation research at an international conference.

Gardner-Webb University has named Mike Brown as the first head coach of our flag football program. Brown brings 15 years of coaching experience, including building Lees-McRae into one of the top programs in Conference Carolinas in just one season. We're excited to see what he builds here.

Mike Brown, a 15-year coaching veteran, has been selected to lead Gardner-Webb's inaugural flag football team.

From Gardner-Webb biology student to statewide public health leadership.

Alumnus Nathan Roberts ’14 has been appointed to North Carolina’s Commission for Public Health, where he will help shape policies that protect and promote public health across the state.

Roberts said his experiences serving rural communities and leading pharmacy teams across North Carolina reinforced the importance of healthcare access and compassionate leadership.
