The IEC develops and rewards student entrepreneurs with promising ventures and small businesses. College and university students from across Idaho compete for money and services to advance their startups.

In this cohort, participants:

Student employees, Kade Bolen and Nora Meeker, won 3rd place in this year's Health Tech Challenge getting their start in the Albertsons Library MakerLab. Bolen will participate in the Venture College Incubator program which provides mentorship and resources to help further their concept "Beyond Beauty Brushes," accessible tools to assist those living with mobility and dexterity issues with makeup application. The Health Tech Challenge was sponsored by Health Tech Idaho and St.LukesHealth.
