Phi Alpha Theta is a history honors society whose mission is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians. We seek to bring students, teachers and writers of history together for intellectual and social exchanges, which promote and assist historical research and publication by our members in a variety of ways.

Tomorrow evening we will be having the Phi Alpha Theta Induction Ceremony for new members. Everyone is welcome to join us! The event will be held in room 4 of Anne Belk Hall and will begin at 5pm. Please join us as we welcome new members, hear Dr. Caldwell's keynote speech and enjoy refreshments. We hope to see you there!
