Wellness Wednesday is back!! Now that fall is here, take advantage of the produce that comes with a new season! Winter squash and apples are definitely my favorite! 🍂🍂
🍠Winter squash are packed with alpha-carotene and beta-carotene, which converts to Vitamin A. It is a good source of Vitamin C and a healthy source of fiber.
🍎Apples are rich in fiber and antioxidants! Eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Apples have also been known to improve gut and brain health!
