The CFLP has a variety of initiatives that include research, public events, and other types of projects that address todays challenges in finance, regulation, banking, financial inclusion and related areas. We work with experts from across the component Schools and Colleges that make up Boston University, as

well as with leaders in banking, finance, law, financial inclusion and other fields. For

every initiative, the CFLP takes care to include multiple disciplines and multiple collaborators. Through all we do, we seek to enhance the learning experience of BU’s students, promote high-quality research among faculty, and reach out to different communities in ways that will have a practical impact. In that sense, we are more of “do tank” than a “think tank.”
