Kappa Delta Boston University Welcome to the Eta Phi chapter of Kappa Delta's official page! Go Confidently, Go ΚΔ! Kappa Delta is a national sorority with nearly 230,000 members.

Kappa Delta was founded at State Female Normal School (now Longwood University) in 1897 in Farmville, VA. We make great things happen in women's lives, on campuses and in communities across the country. Kappa Delta inspires its members to reach their potential by offering opportunities for leadership, personal development, academic success and community service, all in the context of true friendsh

ip. Join us in making great things happen! The Eta Phi chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority was colonized in fall of 2010, and we have grown to become a confident group of 122 women with strong leadership skills and a positive presence on campus. Kappa Delta organizes and holds many philanthropy, sisterhood, and social events throughout the year. Most recently, we have proudly received Boston University Student Activities Office's Sorority of the Year Award for 2013!

"At the end my study abroad experience in Australia, I was able to travel to Bali to take part in a 200 hour yoga teacher training. I am so grateful to have gotten to explore my passion and learn from some of the very best instructors. Yoga is about so much more than the asanas, yoga is about the mind and breath, gratitude and awareness. To practice yoga is to prioritize your wellbeing and accepting that this is going to look different every day. Seeing the beauty in everyday moments has become a part of my daily life. This experience taught me to prioritize time for myself in whatever way serves you!"
