Sergeant M Herring of the Army Service Corps made this picture frame from a British Army issue biscuit. These notoriously hard biscuits were frequently carved to create souvenirs or mementoes.

The time capsule from the Boston Old Sate House's Lion and Unicorn Statue is being opened today
