The Boston University Department of Political Science is home to 35 full-time and affiliated faculty members with diverse methodological and theoretical approaches to the study of politics. Our department has an abundance of teaching and research experience in American politics, political theory, comparative politics, and international relations. In addition, we offer training in both qualitative

and quantitative methods. The Department is also comprised of approximately 50 graduate students, nearly 400 undergraduate majors and over 50 declared undergraduate minors. Each year approximately 2,700 students enroll in political science courses at BU, making these courses among the most demanded at BU.
