After four years leading the Feinstein International Center, Greg Gottlieb will retire in July 2021. During his time at the Center, the faculty and researchers have many notable accomplishments including improving our understanding of malnutrition in drylands, how refugees and communities interact, and the politics of famine and food security reporting. We have also expanded our work on policy related to pastoralist areas. And we have begun to address new topics related to the impacts of conflict on women and children and governance in conflict areas.
