CU Boulder now has a centrally coordinated Spanish-language orientation thanks to the work of graduate student alumna Nuvia Mendoza, a first‑generation college student. She launched a pilot version of the program with classmates this past summer so that other students with backgrounds like hers can better navigate their postsecondary options.
