BGSU Fine Arts Center Galleries is accepting entries now thru July 6 for the 16th Annual Northwest Ohio (Now OH) Community Art Show. Artists 16 & older from NW Ohio are encouraged to apply at bgsu.edu/gallery. Exhibitors are eligible to win cash prizes and gift cards.

Visit the 15th Annual Northwest Ohio Community Art Show (Now OH) BGSU Art Galleries, June 24–July 15, Thurs 1-4 pm & 7-9 pm, Fri-Sun 1-4 pm. This year’s show includes 108 works by 41 artists from five northwest Ohio counties. Many of these one-of-a-kind works are available for sale. Visit bgsu.edu/gallery for details.

Don’t miss TODAY’s artist talk!

Don’t miss this incredible event! THIS MONDAY, October 21st at 5PM, world renowned photographer, Frank Gohlke, will be giving an Art Talk at the Thomas B. and Kathleen M. Donnell Theatre at the Wolfe Center for the Arts, followed by a reception in the Uber Bryan Gallery Lobby at the Fine Arts Center. The Lake Erie: On the Edge show will be in the BGSU art galleries until November 24th.

Gohlke is the recipient of two Guggenheim Foundation Fellowships, a Fulbright Scholar Grant, and two grants from the National Endowment for the Arts. Gohlke has been exhibited internationally and is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, The Art Institute of Chicago, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, among others.
