BGSU Collegiate Chorale

BGSU Collegiate Chorale Welcome to the official page of the BGSU Collegiate Chorale. Recent domestic tours have included visits to New York, Boston and New Orleans.

The Bowling Green State University Collegiate Chorale is a highly select mixed ensemble consisting of 28-34 voices that performs repertoire spanning from the Renaissance to the present in a variety of languages. Consisting of principally juniors, seniors, and graduate students, the Chorale engages audiences with authentic and conscientious performances of sophisticated and challenging music, seeki

ng to connect to listeners intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. The Chorale has made numerous convention appearances and has toured the United States, Canada and Europe. In May of 2001, the ensemble embarked upon a two-week European tour that included performances in Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. In December of 2002, the Collegiate Chorale returned to Europe, where in addition to performances in Italy and France, members sang High Mass at the Cathedral of the Principality of Monaco on the first Sunday after Christmas. Members on the 2006 tour performed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina.
