After completing the first year inside Amy and David Chandler Hall, Thrasher says the building has exceeded their wildest imagination with fall to spring retention reaching a record high of 93%!

The college has also piloted a program extending their LLC, Living and Learning Community, to sophomore year.

This year, the Gordon Ford College of Business proudly presented the 2026 Gordon and Glenda Ford Award for Excellence to Alex Lebedinsky.

Alex has played a vital role in some of the most transformative moments in our college’s recent history, from helping lead the transition into our new building to supporting faculty, staff, and students throughout our first year in the space.

In addition to excelling in his full-time role, Alex has been instrumental in advancing the Data Science program and championing innovation across the college.

His leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence truly embody the spirit of this award. Congratulations, Alex, and thank you for all you do for GFCB!
