As much as we often hear it, nights like tonight are the times that "AOII isn't for four years, it's for life" seem to ring most true. Congratulations and best of wishes as our recent alumnae begin new chapters in their lives!

Tonight we had officer installation with ritual, and it was the last meeting we had with this wonderful woman as our Chapter Adviser. Words cannot express how thankful we have been to have Karen Towell by our sides, guiding and leading us through a journey that only she could have made so amazing. People seem to say all the time "Isn't it awesome to have the one and only Karen Towell as your adviser?" Of course it is, but not because she has an award named after her, but because of who she is. She upholds our ritual every day and shows us that at the end of the day, the most important thing is sisterhood. "Life is like a ferris wheel. Sometimes you're up, sometimes your down. But in the end, you just have to learn how to hold on and enjoy the ride." You have taught us beyond measure how to enjoy the ride. We love you, KT!! We can't wait to see what this next journey has in store for us as Cathy Huffman takes on the role of Chapter Adviser!!
