WKU - Continuing & Professional Development

WKU - Continuing & Professional Development We proudly offer training, learning opportunities, and conferencing services to you and the region.

Through experience and education, individuals continually learn and adapt to life and their environment. WKU Lifelong Learning is part of WKU's Continuing and Professional Development unit within WKU Extended Learning & Outreach (DELO) and is committed to providing this community with learning opportunities for every age group and in a variety of interest areas. Programs are designed to appeal to

a wide range of people and range from youth camps to personal enrichment programs to test preparation. Working closely with WKU faculty, staff, and community specialists, Lifelong Learning helps these experts share their knowledge and experiences with the community. Music faculty shepherd young people through summer camps and semester-long programs designed to expand both interest and expertise. Personal interest programs are offered in classrooms, workshops, travel, and online formats. WKU Alumni have returned to give back to the University by teaching some of these classes.

Congratulations to the recent graduates of the Metalsa Supervisor Cohort!

It has been a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated group of professionals who invested their time and energy into strengthening their leadership and supervisory skills. Throughout the cohort, participants explored topics focused on communication, team building, workplace leadership, problem-solving, and creating positive workplace cultures.

Thank you to Metalsa for its continued commitment to employee growth and leadership development. Programs like this make a lasting impact not only on the participants, but also on the teams and organizations they lead every day.

Wishing all of the graduates continued success as they apply what they have learned and continue growing as leaders!
