Our sister, Ashley Fortunato, who is a part of a service club on campus called Medlife, is taking a trip to Peru in December and needs your help! When she arrives she will be volunteering in Mobile Clinics with the Medlife team to provide citizens of Cusco basic medical care they need. Cusco is a majority indigenous population living in extreme poverty. The closest hospital may be up to two hours away by car, leaving citizens without basic care in most situations. Ashley, along with the Medlife team, hope to provide these people with care they need and improve their overall quality of life. This trip will give Ashley great experiences as a student, and she will first hand get to see how her knowledge and skills can affect that world! Hi sisters! Happy Sunday:) This weekend at BGSU is greek weekend and we need your help tonight!! Greek sing has finally arrived and the people's choice wins it all!! What an amazing week we have had! This past weekend we held our annual philanthropy Delta Dogs and Gamburgers and successfully raised over $850 for service for sight :) The next morning we got to share our excitement with our devoted alumnae at our founders day brunch. We love having this event every year to show the women of Delta Gamma how much we appreciate their devotion, support, and how we admire their strong bond in sisterhood. On Sunday we wrapped up the week with our annual retreat and bonded in so many new ways with each other! It is so inspiring to be surrounded by so much positivity and love through DeeGee in all different ways. We love you Delta Gamma you anchor our souls

A little comparison/contrast and a throw back post!! Three of our sisters have traveled to England to study abroad. Two of them went in 2012, Bridget Fullenkamp and Lauren Hoffman, are now Beta Mu Alumna while Kelly McQuigg is currently there now seeing the same sights! Delta Gamma can take you all across the world but will always keep you anchored!!

Everyone in the Bowling Green area come out and support us!! This Wednesday we are teaming up with Chipotle Mexican Grill to raise money for Service for Sight from 4pm-8pm!

Here are some reminders from chipotle:
- Supports need to show the official flyer OR a hard copy on their phone OR tell the cashier at checkout that they are there for the fundraiser before they pay
- If placing an order online during the fundraiser, you must choose the "pay in store" option and inform the cashier of the fundraiser

Sister Spotlight : Abbi Hasselbach

Bike for Tikes is an organization at BGSU that raises money all year for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals! Not only do they raise money for miracle children and their families, but they also bike 180 miles from Cincinnati back to Bowling Green in the spring! Abbi is the co-sponsorship chair for this event, and is the leader of the blue team for the ride! Her favorite part about the ride is being able to interact with the miracle children, and running in at the end of the event and seeing how much they raised (for the kids)! She also loves the fact that she gets to do this all with her sisters by her side! If you are interested in helping make miracles happen, you can support Abbi’s donor drive below!

Sister Spotlight Rachel Bonacci!!! Rachel is a biology major with a pre vet specialization. Every Tuesday she goes to a farm off campus with other members of the pre vet medical association to take care of the animals there, and then shadow any vet visits. While she is there she takes notes and learns about diseases in animals and how to treat them. The owner of the farm, and her instructor help her practice for interviews when applying for vet school and she gains hands on experience with the animal medical care. When she gets into vet school she plans to focus on wild animals and hopefully work at animal sanctuaries, reserves, or a zoo!
