All residents must check out by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026 — no exceptions.

Before leaving:
✔ Complete all checkout duties
✔ Take all valuables with you
✔ Scan the QR code from your RA/RHD
✔ Return your checkout sheet

🏠 Halls reopen Sunday, March 15 at 1:00 PM.

Failure to properly check out may result in charges, including late/improper checkout fees.

Let’s ensure a smooth and safe Spring Break closing! 🌴✨

Time to checkout for Winter Break ❄️🎁
All students must check out by Friday, Dec 12 @ 1:00 PM. Scan the QR code to confirm all tasks are complete, then return your checkout sheet with Spring 2026 plans and all keys/fobs to the front desk or office. Late or improper forms = $25 fee.
Don’t forget:
🗑 Trash to dumpsters
🧹 Clean your bedroom, bathroom & common areas
🔒 Lock ALL windows & doors
🔌 Unplug all appliances & turn off lights
❄️ Set thermostat to 70° Auto
🛏 Stand mattress if not returning
Avoid charges — halls reopen Sunday, Jan 11 @ 9 AM–4
