Brothers of the Eta Lambda chapter have come together to support one of their Brothers who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia! They have started the campaign "Fyte for Wrtye* to raise money for medical bills as well as awareness. On Monday a few of them got the chance to talk about our upcoming event on WHEC news! This Wednesday members of Pi Kappa Phi as well as other organizations on campus will be shaving their heads to raise money for the cause. The event will take place from 12-4 in the college union! We looking forward to seeing you all there and maybe you'll get the chance to shave one of our heads! ODH

Devin Hoffer is a Senior at the State University of Brockport. He was diagnosed on Febuary 19th with T-cell type Acute Lymphocytic/ Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Anyone who has met Hoffer has had their life impacted for the better. He brings enjoyment and smiles with him everywhere he goes. The name Wryte was given to him by his Fraternity Brothers of Pi Kappa Phi on the campus of Brockport. Devin was also an avid pole vaulter oh the Brockport track team! Today marks the first day of Eta Lambda's annual Sit-A-Thon where brothers stay in the Union Mall for over 50 hours no matter the weather to raise money for our national philanthropy, The Ability Experience and also raise awareness for people with disabilities. Make sure you stop by the Union Mall today through Saturday afternoon to donate and help spread awareness.

Meet our Brother of the Week: Eta Lambda 440 Phil Karch Brother Schrader. Alpha Sigma Pledge Class Spring '13.

Phil is very involved, working a job and an internship along with a hard accounting major. Phil is a senior and currently serves as treasurer for the chapter.
